Dule Temple, located in Ji County, Tianjin, is a historic Buddhist temple dating back over a thousand years. It is famed for housing one of China's oldest surviving wooden structures, the Guanyin Pavilion, which stands 23 meters tall and contains a colossal 16-meter-high clay statue of the Eleven-Headed Avalokitesvara (Guanyin). The temple complex exemplifies Liao Dynasty architecture and is a UNESCO World Heritage tentative site, offering a serene atmosphere amidst ancient cypress trees.
