Pearl Spring is one of the most celebrated natural springs in Jinan Shandong Province renowned as the City of Springs Located in the heart of the city within the scenic Pearl Spring Park this natural wonder has been admired for over a thousand years The spring gets its name from the unique way water emerges from the limestone aquifer creating countless bubbles that rise to the surface resembling strings of shimmering pearls The water temperature remains constant at around 18 degrees Celsius throughout the year creating a magical mist effect in winter when the warm spring water meets the cold air The spring has been celebrated in Chinese poetry and literature since ancient times with historical records dating back to the Northern Wei Dynasty over 1500 years ago The surrounding Pearl Spring Park features traditional Chinese gardens pavilions and ancient trees creating a peaceful oasis in the bustling city The spring water is renowned for its purity and sweet taste and was historically used for brewing the famous Jinan tea Today visitors can still see locals collecting the spring water for daily use continuing a centuries old tradition

The Four Gate Pagoda is a remarkable architectural treasure located at the foot of Mount Li in Jinan Shandong Province.
