This coastal scenic area combines shoreline, hills and views toward the small offshore island. Follow the signed public visitor route and check current entrance, vehicle and shoreline rules; do not assume the island itself is accessible simply because it is visible.

Day 3 Xinghai Bay at an unhurried pace

Walk a comfortable section of the bayfront and use the open views to close the coastal route. Wind can make the waterfront feel much colder than the city streets; bring a layer and stay within marked public paths.
