Five Dragon Pool Park is one of Jinans most famous spring water parks located in the heart of the city The park gets its name from the Five Dragon Pool a natural spring pool that has been flowing for thousands of years According to legend during the Tang Dynasty five dragons were seen playing in the pool hence the name The park covers an area of 55 hectares and features numerous springs ancient buildings pavilions and lush gardens The water in Five Dragon Pool is exceptionally clear and maintains a constant temperature of 18 degrees Celsius yearround making it a unique natural wonder The park combines natural beauty with rich cultural heritage showcasing traditional Chinese garden design principles
